PLWA members elected two new Directors to the Board – Bernard Lea returns and Hayes Goosey from Livingston becomes a part of the “youth movement”. Ray Pearson was re-elected, retaining the Treasurer position.

John Gibson stepped down as President, becoming Vice-President, while Bernard Lea was voted as the new President of Public Land/Water Access Association.

Guest Speaker, Attorney Jim Goetz gave a Stream Access Overview

FWP Director Martha Williams introduced herself, gave a little bit of her excellent background. She offered, “How I might be able to help you going forward, how we can work together. I look forward to establishing a productive and open relationship with PLWA. That’s not new, it’s something that I hope, I believe that the Department has always had a good and strong relationship with you, but I’m the new face of Fish, Wildlife & Parks. I look forward to re-establishing¬† that and hopefully, reinvigorating it.”

Dir. Williams then took questions and comments from the audience.

Kathy & Tim Crawford were this years recipient of “Supporter of the Year”. Congratulations Kathy & Tim and thank you for your continual support, as well as providing this year’s conference room and refreshments. Your support is very much appreciated.
