Public access in question: Wonder Ranch sues for quiet title

“A complaint filed in August 2014 regarding Indian Creek Trail No. 328 will begin its trial starting July 27 and will run an expected five days or more, according to the United States District Court, District of Montana, clerk of court’s office.

The Indian Creek trail and trailhead is a well-known and used trail among many recreators in Madison County for hunting, hiking, outfitting and more, and is considered to be one of the most accessible trails for beginners in the Madison Mountain Range.”
