Beasley Creek Road, Gallatin County, Montana

Beasley Creek Summary

Beasley Creek Road is located in the Bridger Mountains and has historically represented access from the ridgeline down to Bridger Canyon Road for running, riding, and hiking. It is a National Forest road into which Trail 538 terminates. However, it goes through what is now private land and has been recently gated by landowners. County research indicated the first quarter mile of the road is county, but after that there is limited information available.

Discussions were held with local National Forest authorities. Although some records indicate a history of use in the surrounding area, no records of an easement were discovered for Beasley Creek Road. Discussions are still being had regarding this potential access point to the Gallatin National Forest.
