Lost Trail Ski Area Summary

Lost Trail Ski Area, located on USFS lands, is restricting access outside of a single designated path on closed days claiming safety issues and the terms of their special use permit to provide untouched slopes for their guests.

PLWA is unsure of the legality of this issue, but is addressing similar situations on other ski areas utilizing public lands. More research is needed.
